Rayburn 800 Series Cookers

We sell all models in the Rayburn 800 series range - 880K / 8120K / 8150K -
The Rayburn 800 series is the largest of the cookers in the Rayburn range. With a boiler heating capacity of up to 150,000 btu's it is capable of heating as many as 30 radiators. Using a twin pressure jet burner system running on 28 second kerosene similar to that of the 400 Series cookers the Rayburn 800 offers the owner maximum flexibility because the heating and cooking sides of the appliance are completely independent from each other thus allowing the owner to have the cooker on and the heating off or vice versa. The Rayburn Heatranger 800 can also provide ample domestic hotwater for the owner's household
The two cast-iron ovens are of an equal size and are the largest of any Rayburn ever made - they are also as deep as Aga ovens so provide ample space. Moving on to the top of the cooker the kidney shaped hotplate, insulated with attractive stainless steel lids, operates on the principle of graduated heat so there's a space perfect for every kind of cooking plus with the Rayburn 800 Series, hotplate cooking leaves the oven temperatures constant as there's no associated heat loss, which is a huge benefit when cooking for large numbers
The Rayburn 800 Series cookers take 30 minutes to heat up from cold, and because the 800 uses indirect heat it is also kinder to food, whereas some other cookers dry food out, all Rayburns seal in the flavour and goodness and ensure that the food remains moist. The top oven is for roasting, baking, grilling and everything else that requires a hotter temperature, whilst the lower oven, which runs at half the temperature of the top oven, is perfect for slower cooking.
