Aga under a window

Historically it has always been difficult to position an Aga under a window due to a chimney being required on oil models and on gas models regulations require that the flue terminal on power flue and balance flue cookers are a set distance from an opening window for safety.

As a result many Aga customers were put off from having an Aga under a window and decided to move the appliance to another part of the kitchen.

However now with the advent of both the 13amp electric and the total control electric Aga models owners are free to position their Aga almost anywhere in the kitchen

As can be seen from the photo below of a recent Total Control Aga installation which we carried out near Pencaitland, East Lothian - by moving the Aga to under the window it provides not only a great focal point in the room but also balances out the kitchen
